After last day of term 1, which is friday, i went home to get changed and came school. There's a briefing on leaders camp. & ya it start from 11 til 3. So didn't sleep much. I fell asleep on the sofa at around 3.45 and someone wake me up at 4.15. =.=
We was playing badminton at the foyer. LOL! nothing to do what! BTW, I'm the log for this camp, together with WeiMing, Jeff and Lemon. LOG is the most important of the camp. HAHAHAHAH! So after dinner, they went back then we went to get stuff for camp. We bought alot of tibits for ourselves. SHHH! but in the end, we shared the chips, and i'm still left with lots of sweetssss.
Back, chill around til 5am then prepare breakfast and get ready to set off to ubin. We setoff at 7+ and reach the jetty at 8. THAT WAS MY FIRST TIME SITTING ON A FERRT AND FIRST TIME GOING UBIN. soooo excited.
Our camp site was around 10 minute walk from the jetty. It was a difficult walk as we carried alot of stuff. But is the Sec3 leaders camp, not us. LOL! so i just carried the flag aand walk around. Reached, then briefing, set up tents and we log set off to mainland to get lunch. We was waiting at the jetty for people as one ferry will set off if only there's 12 passengers. So it was quite retard, we only have 4, plus sir ho. So ya. Sir ho quarrel with that uncle over at the jetty. So in the end, Sir ho got agitated and just paid for the 12 people fees and we are off to the mainland. It was $2/person. So he paid $24. $16 extra. So went down. Buy NasiLemak for them, spend $100+.
Fast forward ===> The night activity was the most fun! It's the trekking up to a thai temple which is a distance away. Before all this, me, shawn and andy cycle to find the actual location, we use around 1 hour to find. LOL! went missing.
Luckily we remembered the way. So me, shawn and andy lead everyone together with SirTiong. Sing song as we walked. So around after 45 minutes, we reached the thai temple.
The exciting part is here. We got to walk back to a bridge which is 15 minute from the temple alone at night. COOL RIGHT? still got to walk past cememtry. We can' use torchlight. This show how brave NCC members are! HA! So SirMichael tell them a horror story in ubin, it was along story, it scare aot of cadets, they says is a true story, so let it be true. LOL!
Luckily i set off alone at 9.45+. Mok was the first to set off. The last one reached the bridge at around 11+. I sing song all the way. LOL! But, i'm not scare , i keep calm, heartbeat normal. LOL!
Then after that went back to base camp. We got scolded as we changed before the cadets and we did not take care of the activity an push it all to the sirs. So they talked while we stand for around 1 hour. My eyes close at the rate on 30 secs one time. It was a very tired day. Sleep at around 1.
NEXT DAY. Wake up at 4. Prepare for the turn out for the cadets. And we log, pack all the items. We leave at around 7.30. Reached changi at 8. Had breakfast there. Chilled and went back to school. Had meeting and debrief.
We leave school at 12+. I OVERSLEPT and end up at chinatown again!!!! haiz. took train back home and sourced. Gonna sleep early tonight as i got remedial tomorrow in school in the morning.
